The allowance is six submitted questions per verified visitor session. Clearing chat or refreshing the page does not restore questions. Paid attempts can count even when the provider cannot answer.

Your session expires after 30 minutes idle and at most 24 hours. Application messages are deleted within 24 hours while maintenance is healthy. Provider processing and retention are separate.
